No refunds. Exchanges only.
- You will have 7 days after your order has been labeled as delivered to notify us of any dissatisfaction with your order and to have the item postmarked for shipping back to us. Exchange shipping is at your expense unless the item is damaged.
- You will have 3 days after your order is delivered to notify us of any damaged items.

Upon receiving the item in its original condition, we will process an exchange for an item of equal value. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
- If the items are not received back in it’s original condition we will not proceed with an exchange. In this case, if you wish for the item to be returned back to you, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

No exchanges will be accepted if the items have been washed or worn, or if the hang tag has been removed.
- International orders will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
